If you’re wondering how to connect your PSVR 2 headset to the PS5, the answer is pretty simple. All you have to do is plug the headset into the console itself using a the USB-c cord which runs out of it. The PSVR 2 needs the PS5 to work; it cannot run by itself like the latest Oculus Rift. Load the PSVR 2 games up on the PS5, plug in the cord from the headset, and you’ll be good to go.
As the headset is not actually out yet, we can’t be too sure about the exact set-up process. But judging by the USB-c cord and a statement by Sony, there will be no wireless connectivity.
